Niota
Niota is chock full of history, and it's old-fashioned train station near the center of town hints at the history all around. Ice cream shops and diners where locals congregate remind you of simpler times. There are beautiful old farms and barns off small country roads, and rolling pastureland as well. Located just a stone's throw from I-75, it's easy to hop on the interstate and be in either Knoxville or Chattanooga in under an hour.
